How do I schedule a cleaning appointment?
We are available via voice call, text, Facebook, and our online contact form.
Do I need to provide my own cleaning supplies?
We provide all necessary supplies and equipment to ensure a thorough and consistent experience. If you have any questions or special requests please contact us.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance when possible. We’ll do our best to adjust and fit you back into the schedule. While we can’t guarantee immediate rescheduling due to route planning, rest assured: if no cleaning is done, there’s no charge. Simple as that.
What if I have pets?
No problem at all; we’re big animal lovers! Dogs, cats, lizards, sugar gliders… we’ve met them all. As long as your pets are people-friendly, we’re happy to work around them and make sure they feel just as comfortable as you do.
